Lucknow Gets its Biggest Mall : Phoenix Palassio

1.) लखनऊ शहर को आख़िर कर 8 जुलाई 2020 को मिल गया एक और बेहतरीन शॉपिंग माल, इस मॉल का नाम Phoenix Palassio है। इस मॉल को शहीद पथ पर बनाया गया है, साथ ही ये Ekana Stadium के बिलकुल नज़दीक में है।

2.) ये मॉल 13.53 acres में फैला हुआ है साथ ही इसका built-up area 1.5 million sq. ft है। इस मॉल में तीन प्रवेश दरवाज़े है - North, South और West 

3.) इस मॉल में सबसे ख़ास इसका Musical Fountain है, जो की ऊँचा है, ये Musical Fountain , main gate पर लगा है जो कि सभी customers का स्वागत करता है। 

4.) ये मॉल Lucknow के इतिहास व architecture को ध्यान में रखते हुए बनाया गया है।

5.) Phoenix Palassio लखनऊ का सबसे बड़ा माल है, साथ ही ये भारत के अन्य बड़े मालों को भी पीछे छोड़, कई मायनो में देश का सबसे बड़ा मॉल बैन गया है। 

6.) इस मॉल को बनाने में 1000 करोड़ से भी ज़्यादा रुपए ख़र्च हुए है, साथ ही Phoenix और भी शहरों में जैसे की Pune,Bengaluru,Indore और Ahmedabad में भी इसी प्रकार के माल्स को बना रहा है।

7.) Palassio Mall काफ़ी पहले ही मार्च में तैयार हो गया था, परंतु कोरोना Lockdown के चलते इसको खोला ना जा सका।

8.) Atul Ruia, Non-Executive Chairman of Phoenix Mills Ltd का कहना है की - "The expansion will see us double our mall portfolio by financial year 2023-24. We are confident that as  to government guidelines and global best practices in retail will set the tone for the sector's revival"

9.) कोरोना काल में खुले इस मॉल में कोरोना को लेकर ख़ास तैयारी भी की हुई है, यहाँ Touch Free Hand Sanitizer Machine, Contact Less Checking, Floor markers to ensure social distancing, UV screening of bags, pre-sanitised shopping trolleys and contactless payments at retail outlets and car parking की भी व्यवस्था की गई है.

10.) Phoenix Palassio will be introducing 60 new brands to Lucknow. Brands like H&M, Aldo, Mango, Bath & Body Works, Steve Madden, The Collective, Under Armour, Brooks Brothers, Armani Exchange, Gas, Cover Story, Charles & Keith amongst others will be opening doors in the city of Lucknow for the first time.
